Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.
You have another 30 days after cancellation to return your product.
You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs.
Only the costs for the return shipment from you to the store are for your own account.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
We will refund the order amount within 5 days if the product is received back in good order.

Fill it in as completely as possible and put the form with your return shipment.
This way we can process it faster and better.
